Jeanette has been a professional pet stylist for over 20 years.  She is a graduate of the Canine Clippers School of Pet Grooming in Dumfries, Virginia, and graduated from the Master Stylist program through the Nash Academy of Animal Arts in New Jersey under the tutelage of Joey Villani, who has been seen an numerous TV shows including Animal Planet's "Dogs 101" and the grooming based reality show "Groomer Has It"  and can now be found on Animal Radio! Jeanette has also completed an advanced grooming course at the Nash Academy of Animal Arts in Lexington, KY.  

Most recently, Jeanette has completed months of study, training and hands on application to become a Certified Pet Aesthetician through Iv San Bernard. Only a handful of groomers in the country can boast this particular pet skin and hair therapy certification! Jeanette is the first groomer in  New York State to hold this title. Jeanette is a certified member of the International Professional Groomers Association.  She is trained in pet CPR, first aid, canine massage and she has studied holistic aromatherapy for animals as well as animal communication. Jeanette is a retired top-level grooming competitor and has won many awards for her grooming talent. She has been a Best in Show winner and was named 2010 Groomer of the Year after winning the Rags To Riches Competition.

Jeanette has always loved performing style trans-fur-mations at Dressed to Impress Doggie Spa. She loves creating "personality trims" for mix breeds or for those purebred dogs whose parents would prefer a non-traditional more unique style. With the addition of all the new skin and hair science she has recently studied, Jeanette is now thrilled to be performing skin therapy trans-fur-mations on her canine clientele as well.  All these trans-fur-mations prove once and for all that a healthy pet is a happy pet!
